WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: In this workshop we take our skills up the pole. Class will begin with a warm-up. You’ll then learn a few upright tricks and spins on the pole and you may even learn how to go upside down! Class will end with a cool down stretch. Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. No street clothes or jewelry. Do not apply any lotions or oils to your skin prior to class. You will need a towel, water and yoga mat or sneakers for the warm up. Some pole experience recommended but not required. All levels welcome.

PREREQUISITES: No experience necessary but recommended.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY: No make ups for missed or canceled classes or workshops. Classes and Workshops are subject to cancellation due to low registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late your reservation will be automatically canceled. No Call No Shows forfeit all monies paid and will not be allowed to reschedule. Reservations are subject to cancellation if ALL required documents are not completed prior to event.
