WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: This workshop is for those who have never taken a pole dance class before. Class will begin with a warm-up. You’ll then learn the basics. Class will end with a cool down stretch. Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt. No street clothes or jewelry.
