Service Description

Stretching is an important part of getting in shape and staying fit. Together we will be stretching our hamstrings, quads, and opening up our hips to one day perform the splits or over splits. We will also be stretching our back and other major joins for overall body flexibility, making pole work easier and improve injury prevention. Stretching is also the perfect way to wine down from your busy work week. Let me know if you have your eye set on working on a particular area of the body (list in your appointment notes) and we will work on that area. Wear form fitted clothing that covers the legs. You will need a towel, water and a yoga mat.

Cancellation Policy

Invoices are sent before appointment request approval and due upon receipt. Invoices cancel after 24 hours and appointment requests decline if payment is not received. If invoice cancels a convenience fee will be charged and a new appointment request must be submitted. Private Lesson Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to appointment in order to reschedule. Private Party appointments must be canceled at least 1 week prior to appointment in order to reschedule. New appointment date must be within 30 days of original appointment date. Appointments may only be rescheduled once. No make ups for missed or cancelled workshops. Classes, workshops and events are subject to cancellation due to low registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late your reservation will be automatically canceled. No Call No Shows will not be allowed to reschedule and all future appointments requests will be declined. Reservations are subject to cancellation if ALL required documents are not completed prior to appointment. If reservations cancel for any reason a new reservation must be requested and a convenience fee will be charged. All services expire 30 days after purchase. Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges.
